This Terms & Conditions Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that apply to your (visitor’s) use of this website. To complete any transaction on this website, you must be at least 18 years old. If you use this site, you acknowledge and agree to accept these terms and conditions in their entirety, whether you complete your purchase on this website or via phone, email, or other means. General Conditions of Use

The products and services on this website will be made available to customers only after payment is received prior to the flight’s scheduled departure. If you pay by check, the tickets will not be delivered until the check clears the bank and is received by us.

  • We, the Your Trip Scanner, reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to do the following:
  • To cancel a reservation prior to the departure date, and if this occurs, the company’s liability is limited to refunding the traveller’s money paid towards the ticket.
  • To modify, cancel, or change any advertised tour or facility.
    The company would not be responsible for any reimbursement, additional expenses, or consequential losses incurred by the traveller or group. Only the company, and no one else, has the authority to add, modify, or waive any representation, description, or terms set forth on this page, in our brochure, or in other terms of use pertaining to the tour being booked by the authorised traveller. If the company decides to exercise its right to amend or modify any tour advertised in its brochure or in any other media after such reservations have been made, the traveller is entitled to the following: Accept the tour as it has been amended or modified.
  • Accept any alternative trip or tour that we may provide. In either of the aforementioned cases, the website would not be liable for any damage, loss, or additional expenses incurred by the traveler/group.
  • We will not be liable to the traveler/group for any accident, death, personal injury, illness, delay, increased expense, or consequential loss or damage caused by any misadventure or similar cause.
  • Any fault, regardless of cause, of any airline, travel service provider, or servant/agent employed by the supplier who is responsible for any facility used by the traveler/group. The term "howsoever caused" refers to negligence on the part of any involved party.
  • We will have no liability under these terms of service for any travel arrangement that exceeds the total paid amount or agreed to be paid for making the tour, tour element, or excursion, and does not include any consequential damage or additional expense.
  • All flight prices displayed on our website, in company brochures, or in quotations are in USD or the equivalent foreign currency. Your Trip Scanner reserves the right to change or modify these costs in the event of currency fluctuation and/or changes in various exchange rates and/or fuel costs prior to departure, and to levy a surcharge as a result. When the opportunity arises, all such price increases must be fully paid for.
  • The Your Trip Scanner declares that the traveler/group is responsible for bringing with them all valid travel documents, such as passports and visas, until the tour is completed. If any travel-related document, such as a visa, is refused, expired, or cancelled by the authorities, the tour participant (passenger) is responsible for all consequences and costs.
  • The price of the ticket displayed on our website does not include the cost of the insurance premium. Any such premium costs would be borne by the traveler/group.
  • Throughout the tour, all tour programmes and tour elements are subject to laws, rules, and regulations.
Reservations are necessary. Your Trip Scanner would bear no responsibility for any condition brought about by such laws or by an act of God.
If you have a complaint about the tour (from the passenger or on behalf of other passengers in the group who submitted it via the former), we must receive it in writing within 21 days of the tour’s end date. Under any circumstances, no subsequent claim or complaint will be entertained. Individual complaints of passengers travelling with the group will not be considered directly, so they must be made by only the traveller acting as the group’s leader. If the number of tour days is reduced or a flight is postponed, cancelled, or re-routed due to a factor such as fog, we will not be liable to any passenger for reimbursement, compensation, or even a claim.
Please keep in mind that the cancellation charges/refund policy would apply.

Restrictions

If we detect any signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity on your account, we reserve the right to cancel any travel/service reservations associated with your name, email ID, or account, as well as close any associated Your Trip Scanner. If you engage in any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to initiate appropriate legal action, and you may be required to pay a monetary fine to yourtripscanner, which may include any litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of your booking/freezing/closure of your account, please contact Your Trip Scanner customer service or send an email to info@yourtripscanner.com The texts, images, and information used on our Website (including, but not limited to, flight costs and availability) and the infrastructure used to present such information are either proprietary to us or our affiliates or suppliers. While you may make a limited number of copies of your travel itinerary, you agree not to copy, edit, transmit, distribute, display, publish, licence, transfer, or sell any information, products, or services obtained through www.yourtripscanner.com.
Furthermore, you agree not to: • Make use of reservations Its content should be commercially repurposed. • Make any speculative, false, or misleading flight reservations.
• Without our written permission, access or copy any content or information from this site for any purpose, using any automated device or manual method.
• Infringe on the reservation terms The Desksor attempts to circumvent other safeguards in order to delay or limit other users’ access to this website.
• Carry out any activity at our discretion that may or may not impose a significantly high load on our infrastructure.
• Without our permission, deep link any part of our Website (including, without limitation, the path of purchase for any travel service(s)) for any function.
• Use any part of this website on another website without our permission.
If there is a disagreement, The Your Trip Scanner is committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction every time. As a result, if you have any questions or concerns about the content on our website or our products or services, please contact us as soon as possible. By doing business with us, you agree to give us the first opportunity to resolve any dispute or claim concerning the Website, the behaviour of our representatives, any service or product provided by us, any kind of representation made by us, or our Privacy Policy document, by contacting the Your Trip Scanner Customer Service division. If we do not resolve your claims within the deadline, you may seek relief through mediation or small claims court, as described in the section below:
Except when you file a claim in court against an individual for small claims, if they qualify, all claims must be resolved through binding mediation rather than in court.This includes any claim you make against Your Trip Scanner, its partners or service providers, or any company that provides products or services through its website. Furthermore, regardless of whether prior versions of these terms required mediation or not, this includes any claim that arose before you agreed and accepted the listed terms and conditions.
There is no need for a judge or jury in the mediation, and there is no need for a court to review the mediation award. Nonetheless, a mediator, like a court, can award damages and respite on an individual basis, and must abide by and enforce these Terms of Use in the same way that a court would.
The Your Trip Scanner must always conduct the mediations under its own set of rules, which also include the AAA Consumer Rules. Except as provided in this section, the AAA’s rules will govern the costs and payments of all filing, administration, and mediator fees and charges. You may choose to attend the mediation over the phone based on written submissions, or in person within your state of residence or at another agreed-upon location.
All claims-fixing or settlement proceedings must be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class, consolidated, or delegate act. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and federal mediation law. Any court of law with competent
jurisdiction may confirm and verify the mediation decision. All rights not expressly granted or included in this terms and conditions document are reserved by the Your Trip Scanner. There are charges for reservations.
In addition to the airline and travel supplier costs and fees, the Your Trip Scanner may charge an additional service fee, as explained below. Please keep in mind that TravelreImagine fees are non-refundable and are charged per person or per ticket.
